2. Payment terms: 50% of the finalized price to be paid when signed off the project, rest to be paid after UAT Paid
3. Deliveries: Deliveries will be done based on the committed timelines at the time of project sign off
4. Maintenance: 3months maintenance will be provided to the clients who are doing business above 80000 INR
5. Testing Services: Free Testing service will be provided to all clients
